We have had a risk assessment and will be following the advice of the government to ensure we are safe to operate.
The salon has been deep cleaned and disinfected and we will be following a rigorous cleaning process of the salon areas and our equipment every day before and after each client!
We will be wearing the necessary PPE and ask that clients wear their own protective face coverings to appointments (or purchase a mask from us for £1)
You will need to fill in a covid disclaimer form when you arrive and use the sanitiser provided when entering the salon!
If we could ask that you come alone to appointments and bring only essential belongings with you for now.
And if possible card payments only.
Please also wait outside on the seats provided and we will come to get you when we are ready for you, We are keeping our waiting area closed for now.
ONLINE BOOKING IS NOW BACK OPEN
The system will automatically book out 15 minutes after every treatment to give us time to clean in between clients.
We will be keeping an eye on our bookings and may need to contact you to adjust appointments, please bare with us while we navigate through our new way of working.
Due to the salon layout we will NOT be offering hair appointments at this time and we have to wait till after the 15th August for any treatments on the face. Government pending!!
We ask that if you have any covid symptoms please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your treatment if you can, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy of 50% of the treatment cost for missed appointments.
